  The state level debate competition has been the major event of our college since last sixteen years. This competition provides the platform for debaters from across the state to participate and express their views in a democratic frame.

  Principal V. V. Yardi District Level English Elocution competition

  This competition is held in the late memory of the first principal of our college V.V. Yardi who was a renowned scholar of English language. This competition helps groom English language skills among the students.

  Marathi Elocution Competition on the Birth Anniversary of Annabhau Sathe and Death Anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak

  The Marathi Elocution Competition is held on the occasion of birth anniversary of Annabhau Sathe and Death Anniversary of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak on First of August every year. This competition promotes students to read literature on the lives of two epoch making personalities and to speak eloquently.

  Gandhi Vichar Darshan Examination

  In this examination, the books on Mahatma Gandhi are provided to the students and examination is held to let students internalize and understand the relevance of values preached and practiced by Gandhiji.

  Spoken English Classes

  Spoken English classes are conducted to improve students speech ability and pronunciation and make them confident enough to express themselves in the best possible way.

  Savitri Essay Competition

  This competition has been started by former teacher in English Dr. Chitra Sharma in the late memory of her mother Savitri. The topics are based on current affairs. Students are encouraged to refer books, journals, magazines and news papers to prepare for competition.

  Poetry Recitation Competition

  This competition is held to give firsthand experience to students about reciting poems with subtle intonation and voice modulation.

  Power Point Presentation

  Students are encouraged to prepare a presentation on any of the topic from prescribed syllabus using visual aids and make a power point presentation of it.

  Industrial Visits

  Industrial visits are organized for general commerce as well as bifocal and H.S.V.C. students to know the operating, manufacturing and other things about industries.

  Quiz competitions of respective subjects are held to motivate students for preparing the topics with minute details.

  Bank visits are organized to let students understand actual operating system of banks.

  Guest Lecture of Economics

  Geust lecture of CA Mr. Sanket Bhinge on Economics is organized to give depth of the subject to students.

  Visit to Government Library, Aurangabad

  Students visited Government Library, Aurangabad. There students communicated with District Librarian Mr. Thakur. Mr. Thakur elaborated how the library work is carried out.

  Political Science Wallpaper Exhibition

  Political Science department organized wallpaper exhibition. Wallpaper Exhibition is being visited by Honorable Principal Dr. J. S. Khairnar. He appricaited the efforts taken by students to make event successful.

  Music Department organized many events like Mahatma Gandhi Smruti Din, SB Karandak and Russian Artist programme.

  Work Shop on Stenography

  Stenography work shop is organized to enhance skills of students. Many students are getting beneifits of stenography workshop. Students are getting jobs in the various sectors easily if they have knowledge of this subject. It is one of the practical and scoring subjects. Many students of stenography got admission to D.ED and joined as teachers during the period of 1990 to 2000. Students are getting good positions in the various departments. We are taking continuous efforts for the perfection of the students in typing and short hand.

  Students are encouraged to organize plantation drive at Goltekadi. All students actively participated in the drive and spreaded awareness among the people about plantation.
